After nearly a decade living the "work hard, play hard mentality" of advertising, it became clear that the most enjoyable part of the job was connecting with people. This led to a natural progression of seeking a different career. As a certified yoga instructor and associate counselor, my goal is to help people find their version of wellness.

I work with individuals over the age of 18 that may be experiencing burn out, anxiety, depression, challenges processing trauma, and difficulty adjusting to life changes.
